Our Fractional CROs don’t just consult – they roll up their sleeves and lead. Armed with the battle-tested Next Level Revenue Formula, they embed into your leadership team to unify marketing and sales, build the systems that drive predictable, profitable growth, and turn revenue chaos into clarity. When small businesses are ready to scale, these are the people who make it happen.
Most of my career I sat next to the CEO/Entrepreneur in the org chart. And I took on the burden of protecting our revenue. That meant marketing, sales, and profit. Because I realized that with positive cash flow, life was better for our team, the organization, and the entrepreneur.
I always found myself at the intersection of growth in organizations and realized that I had a unique process that worked. So I wrote it down and share it with others so that Entrepreneurs can sleep peacefully at night knowing that their business is safe.
I’m ruthlessly realistic and 100% optimistic. We’re not called in when a business is having its best day. We’re called in when it’s not working. And in order for businesses to grow – we have to be honest about our reality. Once we do that, we can start to control our destiny. And I that’s when the optimism comes out, and I galvanize leadership teams to change their course.
I spent 10 years side by side with entrepreneurs solving for Marketing + Sales + Profit. And when they used my way of doing the work, we grew and grew fast. Most organizations doubled in top line revenue (and 10x in profit) in under 3 years.
In the span of 6 months we doubled the MRR of a business.

At Next Level Revenue, I help clients get to the next level by aligning their vision with execution, whether that means uniting siloed sales and marketing teams, building scalable systems for growth, or implementing the ROASS and Revenue Cascade frameworks. I focus on operational alignment, execution mastery, and revenue optimization, and love seeing founders step into clarity and confidence.
I help clients when they’re stuck in execution chaos, where too many ideas, tools, or team roles create friction instead of momentum. I help them cut through the noise and align their team around a single, strategic revenue engine. My superpower is operational clarity, especially when a company is scaling and needs structure without sacrificing innovation.
I spent 15+ years in customer success, onboarding, and operational leadership, leading teams through scale, transformation, and moments of reinvention.
I became a fractional CRO because I saw too many small businesses doing everything right, but still not getting results. I wanted to change that. I bridge the gap between vision and performance by bringing structure, accountability, and a clear scorecard to the revenue journey.

I once managed Apple’s flagship SoHo Genius Bar team where I learned how to blend people, process, and tech in high-stakes environments.
At Next Level Revenue, I support the leadership team and ensure the operational clarity and precision, whether that means streamlining financial operations, implementing efficient administrative systems, or translating Visionary speak. I focus on operational alignment, financial oversight, and team enablement, and love seeing our leadership team step into clarity and confidence as the vision becomes reality.
My superpower is turning messy, moving pieces into clean, operational flow, especially when the team needs support, the vision is stuck in someone’s head, and things need to get done yesterday.
I spent over a decade in the hospitality industry, where I learned how to anticipate needs, manage chaos with grace, and create exceptional experiences through systems, service, and attention to detail. That background naturally evolved into operations and executive support, where I’ve led fast-moving teams through the kind of behind-the-scenes transformation that fuels real traction.
I joined Next Level Revenue because I saw the chance to bring structure, clarity, and care to a team that’s reshaping how marketing and sales work together. I thrive in the space between big vision and daily execution, and at NLR, I get to be the glue that holds it all together.

At Next Level Revenue, I help our team get to the next level by doing what we ask our clients to do: building strategy around the same frameworks we teach ROASS™, the Revenue Cascadeᴿ, the Revenue Strategy Statementᴿ.
We drink our own champagne. I use this formula every day to align our vision, focus our growth, and equip our team to move with clarity.
My superpower is translating chaos into clarity—especially when everyone is overwhelmed, the team is stuck, and no one knows which lever to pull next. I cut through the noise, get everyone focused on what actually drives revenue, and help teams build confidence in the process—not just the plan.
I went to school for marine biology and LOVED it, but I’ve always known that there were so many things I wanted to do.
I ended up in a customer success role at a coaching company and from that, fell into marketing + sales – and I won’t ever look back! Marketing & Sales felt like the missing piece for me and I love pulling all the pieces together to make a seamless experience for buyers.

At Next Level Revenue, I help clients get to the next level by sifting through the noise of marketing and sales strategy to focus on what matters and what will move the needle.
There’s no shortage of ideas, tactics, and platforms to choose from in our industry. But when it comes to small to mid-size entrepreneurial companies, laying a solid foundation for future marketing and sales efforts while simultaneously prioritizing and executing on focused tactics is what matters. I’m energized by playing the roles of leader, project manager, process optimizer, thought partner, and marketing doer all at the same time.
And I love stepping into new leadership teams to work alongside them to go after their big visions.
I’m a jane-of-all-trades so I can step into a lot of roles and situations and help move something forward enough to keep momentum going.
I started out in journalism because I’m curious and like to ask a lot of questions. After college I landed at a public radio station shooting and editing music videos for their in-studio interviews and performances. That led me to teaching myself graphic design and eventually moving up the chain to media and marketing work.
In 2012 I landed my dream job, combining my passion for the sport of rugby with my communications and production experience at USA Rugby–the governing organization for the sport in the US. I worked in rugby for about 7 years before following my former boss to this little company called Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
I worked there for about 4 years on everything from podcast production to software user experience to event branding. I served on the Rev-Ops Leadership Team and was deeply immersed in the entrepreneurial world.
I joined Next Level Revenue in March of 2025 because I saw a huge opportunity to take everything I had learned in my career about marketing, sales, entrepreneurship, and leadership to help as many entrepreneurs and their leadership teams as possible.
In general I just really relish in the clarity that comes with a revenue strategy. When everyone knows the basic framework and the inputs we are using to make decisions, it drowns out a lot of noise so the team can focus and work smarter. Hearing things like “it feels good to have a plan” and “I have clarity on the end goal” from the team is music to my ears.

At Next Level Revenue, I help clients elevate their growth by uncovering and embracing their unique differentiators. I focus on key stages of the revenue cascade to ensure those differentiators are clearly communicated and optimized throughout the customer journey.
There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing clients feel re-energized, validated, and excited about their company’s potential.
As an FCRO, my strength lies in emotional intelligence, a skill that, when combined with my background in marketing, sales, and people leadership, allows me to serve clients effectively.
Whether it’s positioning and selling their company or aligning teams to move forward with clarity and unity, I bring both strategy and empathy to the table.
In my career I have spent time in all sorts of businesses leading marketing and sales. I have worked in large direct to consumer companies before direct to consumer was “a thing”, I have worked in boutique companies in hospitality, and most recently for the largest personal injury law firm in Virginia.
During all of that, the time I enjoyed the most was when I took clients through the QVC home shopping channel and direct response process. I was able to take small business owners and help them bring their dreams to life. I have returned to that style of business where I can impact multiple companies and bring to their business what they may not be able to currently do otherwise.
I have a client who was very concerned about how they were generating leads and felt that their sales team might not be handling the process as they should. After spending two days with the team, I was able to validate their concerns and present solutions to drive new opportunities within their sales process, along with tactics to help get the team aligned.
I have another client who has one established brand and is launching a second. He was unsure how to position the new brand. After spending time with the leadership team, I identified their unique differentiators and built out a marketing strategy for him to present to his private equity firm. He was thrilled with the outcome.
I also have a client who, during our quarterly review, chose to recognize me for embodying the value of being “people first.” This was incredibly meaningful and heartfelt.

At Next Level Revenue, I help clients get to the next level by identifying and eliminating the barriers that hold them back, whether that means untangling legacy processes, aligning spending with strategic priorities, modernizing their sales and marketing approach, or refreshing their online presence. I focus on strategic decision-making, technology alignment, and operational efficiency.
I help clients when they’re stuck in outdated systems and tangled processes that keep them from scaling. I help them cut through the noise and align their team around bold goals and clear priorities.
My superpower is leading teams through operational change, spotting hidden waste, simplifying the complex, and helping them move faster and smarter.
I spent the last decade in tech driving operational efficiency, advocating for the customer experience, and managing spend across large, complex teams. I thrived on building bridges between Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance, ensuring everyone pulled in the same direction.

As a fractional CRO at Next Level Revenue, I help growth-minded businesses unlock untapped revenue by aligning their sales and marketing engines around a focused, scalable go-to-market strategy.
I step in when a company is stuck, whether revenue has plateaued, teams are siloed, or go-to-market execution is misaligned. My job is to bring clarity, cohesion, and a performance-driven mindset that accelerates top-line growth.
I build scalable GTM strategies so that growth is predictable, repeatable, and measurable by coaching teams, elevating talent, and defining clear KPIs and dashboards that align sales and marketing resources.
After years of driving growth in full-time executive roles, I saw a common pattern: great companies with strong products & services were missing revenue opportunities due to misaligned sales and marketing, lack of leadership focus, or simply not knowing what to do next.
I became a fractional CRO to help more businesses break through those barriers, quickly, strategically, and without the long runway of hiring a full-time executive. This role allows me to bring proven strategies like Next Level Revenue and EOS, hands-on leadership, and a fresh outside perspective to help companies build revenue engines that scale.
It’s not about filling a seat, it’s about creating results that last.
A client once thanked me for helping position his business not just to survive, but to thrive in a rapidly shifting market.
At the time, he was hesitant and skeptical about the value of customer segmentation, unsure whether the investment in restructuring his sales team, processes, and resource allocation would pay off.
Despite the resistance, we moved forward. By strategically segmenting his customer base, we realigned his go-to-market strategy from the ground up, tailoring the sales structure, messaging, and resource deployment to meet the distinct needs of each segment.
It wasn’t a small effort. It required time, focus, and a significant commitment from the team. But when the market turned, that investment proved invaluable. While competitors scrambled to adapt, his company was already positioned to pivot, capitalize on the disruption, and capture new opportunities.
That moment solidified why I do what I do: helping businesses make the hard but necessary changes today so they can lead tomorrow.
At Next Level Revenue, I help clients get to the next level by giving them peace of mind around marketing and sales, whether that means amplifying what’s already working, creating a data-driven roadmap for growth, or aligning teams around a clear revenue strategy.
I focus on quantifying and simplifying the entire revenue engine, and love seeing founders step into clarity and confidence.
I help clients when they’re stuck in the chaos of scattered marketing and sales efforts. I help them cut through the noise and align their team around a clear, data-backed revenue strategy.
My superpower is turning complexity into clarity, especially when founders know they’re leaving money on the table but don’t know where or why.
I spent over a decade across sales, marketing, and operations, leading teams through fast growth, turnarounds, and full-stack revenue transformations. I became a fractional CRO because I saw too many small businesses doing everything right on paper, but still missing the mark in execution. I wanted to change that by building simple, scalable systems that connect strategy to results.

At Next Level Revenue, I help clients get to the next level by simplifying the complexity—whether that means seeing clearly what’s working (and what’s not), decoding what the data is actually telling you, or shaping a strategic vision that aligns marketing, sales, and operations to reach your 3-Year Picture or 10-Year Target.
I focus on using the Revenue Cascade as a living, breathing tool, one that ties directly into your EOS Scorecard, your customer experience, and your future roadmap. I love seeing founders and leadership teams gain traction, clarity, and confidence as we build rev-ops systems that create momentum and measurable growth.
I help clients when they’re stuck in the fog, when growth feels stalled and the next step isn’t obvious.
I help cut through the noise and align the team around what’s actually achievable now: the quick wins that build confidence, and the data that guides the long-term play.
My superpower, if I had to name one, is emotional intelligence. Even in a remote world, I try to tune into the room, pick up on unspoken friction, and help teams move forward with clear next steps, without adding to the stress. I aim to make change feel attainable, and progress feel like a personal win.
I started my career deep in the marketing agency trenches, which looks like scrappy marketing, sales, and operations work that required what a former mentor called an “FFIO” mindset (figure it out, no matter what – or the unfiltered version. It pushed me to think on my feet and quickly understand the nuances of complex industries like manufacturing, engineering, and various professional services.
Over the years, I scaled that workhorse mentality into real growth: big budgets, big teams, and measurable results, all while staying focused on the small businesses behind it all. At EOS Worldwide, I led brand, demand generation, and revenue operations during a period of rapid growth as the Head of Marketing—building scalable systems that supported both the company and the community of entrepreneurial businesses it serves. That experience reinforced what I’ve always believed: when you bring structure, data, and empathy to the table, small businesses can do big things.
But over time, I found myself craving more impact and less bureaucracy. I missed working directly with the businesses that were on the brink of something great, but just needed the right strategy and partner to get them unstuck.
Becoming a fractional CRO felt like the perfect blend: part data, part leadership, part systems-builder, part hands-on problem solver. I get to embed with a team, learn their industry from real SMEs who are working in and out of the details all day, and get to work aligning the messy middle into a strategy that works. It’s my happy place.
One client moment that sticks with me was the first time I introduced a Revenue Cascade to a team that had been stuck for years. Scorecards weren’t working. The numbers didn’t connect. They were doing things but still unsure what was moving the needle.
When we mapped it out, everything clicked. That clarity? That moment of, “We can actually see it now”… That’s the kind of breakthrough that reminds me why this work matters.

I help organizations reach the next level by creating clarity in complex environments. Whether it’s aligning cross-functional teams, building smarter systems, or translating strategy into action, I ensure that big ideas don’t just stay on the whiteboard, they become measurable results.
I specialize in bringing order to messy, high-stakes initiatives, connecting people, tools, and processes so that leaders can focus on impact instead of untangling chaos.
My superpower is operational clarity, turning scattered projects and disconnected teams into aligned, focused execution.
When organizations struggle with silos or stalled initiatives, I bring structure, empathy, and systems thinking to keep everyone moving in the same direction. My ability to cut through noise and foster collaboration helps teams work smarter, move faster, and deliver at scale.
With over two decades leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in marketing, technology, and operations, I have built a reputation for turning vision into execution. I have led enterprise-wide programs, guided teams through digital transformation, and introduced AI-driven leadership—using artificial intelligence to enhance decision-making, streamline execution, and align teams around what matters most.
I stepped into fCRO work because I have seen too many organizations with strong ideas but no clear path to execution. Building the connective tissue between teams, strategy, and systems is at the heart of what I do. It allows businesses to not only set ambitious goals but also achieve them with confidence.
I’ll never forget the time when our executive leadership team and franchise owners were struggling to understand why website sales were declining so sharply year over year. At first, it was easy to point fingers—the website must not be working, the experience was confusing, or marketing wasn’t generating enough leads.
Instead of accepting those assumptions, I went into detective mode and did a deep dive into the data and customer behavior. What I uncovered surprised everyone: the biggest issue wasn’t the website at all—it was store availability. Customers weren’t purchasing because locations weren’t open during the hours that were most convenient for them.
Once I presented the findings, we aligned as an executive team, set new standards for store hours, and launched a marketing campaign to promote the changes. The impact was immediate. For the first time in company history, we avoided the usual seasonal decline—sales held steady through summer and grew into the fall, creating a new baseline for growth.

I took over a marketing team that was failing. The C suite thought that they should all be fired. It turned out that my predecessor and the head of the other department never spoke to each other for over a decade. Therefore, my team never got critical information. We made a presentation to the department head after much preparation and he was won over! He had never seen a marketing plan.
